Sonesta Essential Hotel Houston-I-45 Spring

This experience was a little better due to the front desk worker. He was polite he wanted a good review.

I love it here alot very clean .I like the people here and the pool is very clean as well and good breakfast . everything day .

Our family stayed on Saturday night, 10/11/2025. The staff mentioned they remodeled the hotel four months ago, so everything looks new and very clean. We had a good night's rest. The price was very reasonable. The staff is also friendly.

We travel for work and we buy antiques and sell antiques and we were trying to bring some of our inventory in to post online and sell. The guy at the front basically told us no. That we couldn’t bring in our belongings. Then said he was going to call the police. I also make shirts and blankets and stickers and also sell them as well. The guy at the front told us no that we can’t bring it into our room although all we were doing was bringing in our inventory to put nicely into our other suitcases and bringing it back down to our car. He was very rude and didn’t even want to hear what we had to say. Last time we stayed here we left it as no one was even in the room. There is nothing stating what we can and can’t bring things in I have no clothes in the room.

The hotel was nice and affordable for the two night stay. The rooms are very nice and clean. The rooms were very spacious as well.
