Food was good, crisps at the bar very expensive, service very slow hotel seemed very understaffed. Hotel was clean and very presentable.

Being close to LHR, it was a good location to stay if you have an early flight.
The only problem was the transfer shuttle bus. Only limited spaces but had to do several pickups some travelers although purchased the tickets in advance were missed due to lack of spaces on the shuttle buses. These must be addressed as you can end up missing your flight even though you have planned to stay at a hotel near the airport to stop you being late for your flight.

The room is great. The flight is at 10:00 pm. You can work in the restaurant. The service is also very good. Free Wi-Fi and free air conditioning. I will stay here again next time.

One of the worst experiences ever. The hotel is at a very nice location but the front desk staff is very impolite and rude. I was waiting there for almost 4hrs to check in in my room.

Cleanliness is amazing.
It’s too far from central london it will benefit more to people who are travelling to and from Heathrow airport but for leisure around london, its very tiring.

All great, short taxi ride from the airport.
One lift was not working when we arrived so there was a big queue to get to reception on the first floor but otherwise the room was great and not noisy at all, consodering near the airport.

This neat hotel used to be a Travelodge, but is much improved. Basic but cosy with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is worth buying, not sure about the other offerings. There is a Tesco Express store nearby for snacks etc. Good choice if waiting at Heathrow.
