The hotel is beautiful & all staffs were really friendly during the stay. Special thanks to the operation manager & Nicole, who have provided much help with the temporary aircon issue we had, truely appreciated!

Really lovely hotel with comfy and warm nostalgic design. Studios with all the amenities you need. They even provide some fun games and cards for your entertainment. Close to metro station, Piccadilly line and District line. Will definitely book again.

The hotel is very new, the bathroom is big enough, the bed is not very soft, very comfortable, the surrounding facilities are complete, it is very convenient for eating, shopping and subway! You can cook, the tableware is complete, highly recommended! Ms. MELANIE at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is great! !

The interior design was cute and I fell in love at first sight and made a reservation. The bar on the first floor was also fashionable and crowded with people at night. The room is very clean and I would like to stay again.

Excellent stylish place with lots of attention to detail such as fresh milk and lots of lovely green credentials and a really good size room Excellent value for money for London Only issue unfortunately was WiFi which we both struggled with , no internet connection thru it which was a real shame
