旅館離地鐵口比較近，適合趕飛機。接待人員是個老爺爺，挺認真的。我們由於第二天要取車，離租車行也比較近，所以選擇這裏，旁邊有個小教堂。

態度非常差，因飛機到倫敦較晚，提前一個星期在這個雲雀旅館訂房間住宿，由於嗯錯了雙人間訂成了單人間。希望在雲雀旅館加差價能改成雙人間。提前幾天與攜程網協商幫助解決，攜程網説人家不改，估計都沒有聯繫敷衍一下。同時也發郵件與酒店協商。也不回覆。最後被迫放棄訂單。損失700多元人民幣。象這樣的攜程平台和酒店完全就是騙人。誰還敢訂酒店，一不小心就上當受騙。

Another fantastic stay
Our second stay at this B&B.. just on the outskirts of London and close to Heathrow
And Twickenham nearby..
Check in was with a lovely lady.. allocated a lovely garden room double bed and a single for our son.. contained everything we needed for a comfortable one night stay..may i add all very clean and well kept
Conservatory/kitchen open for access to tea and coffee machine so no need for them in the room..
Breakfast was included in the price and a great selection of continental and cooked food along with tea coffee and juice available from 7am...
Free parking to the front of the hotel and easy access from the road..
Felt safe leaving the car in the car park overnight..
There are shops and a KFC along with other facilities nearby..
