Travelodge Heathrow Heston M4 Westbound

Stayed here for 1 night before departing London for Dubai on the way back to Oz. Positives Clean and Neat - nothing fancy but all the essentials you would expect from Travelodge. Person at the front counter was helpful and friendly and the desk has someone there 24 hours a day - helpful when you arrive very late like we did (your not looking for keys in a keybox or anything like that). Brand new bathroom and spotless. Close to Heathrow Airport Negatives No air-conditioning in the room just a small fan. It wasn't hot the night we stayed but I'm not sure I would want to be staying there on a really warm night even just for 1 night. We returned a hire car to Hertz at Heathrow and then tried calling a taxi to take us to Travelodge - one cab turned up and wanted 90 pounds for the trip. He said no one will take this booking because to get to Travelodge you have to go on a 20-minute drive up the highway and then turn around and go back to Travelodge, there is no way to turn to get over the other side of the highway where Travelodge are located. In summary it's not easy to get to from Heathrow if your returning a car even though its only 10 minutes away. We ended up taking the hire car again for the night back to Travelodge and returning it in the morning before the flight as no cab would take us. In summary we would stay their again but would look around first for something with aircon particularly in summer.

Stayed here with my family last month. We had a late checkin on a saturday night and the motorway was closed. No signs for warning but reception was quick to pickup the phone and guide us to the hotel. We believe his name was Bilal and he checked us in quite fast too. Room was also nice and clean so not really any complaints on the hotels behalf

Had a lovely stay staff member Alisha was very friendly and accommodating to me & my family’s needs would definitely recommend the hotel for the price

The stay was great as always and perfect for work. Bedi and G were particular highlights as they always made sure to welcome me and assist with anything I needed. Good job guys!

Stayed at this travelodge, the place is quiet and nice to stay clean and staff at reception is very helpful someone is always on reception 24hours. Met the hotel manager Gurmeet spoken to him very friendly person and was very helpful to me and other people
