走路5分鐘就能到5號客運大樓，非常方便。房間的設施普通，服務人員中規中矩，最大的加分項就是你站樓很近。

如果是英航T5晚到達和早出發，那麼這家酒店就是最方便，性價比完勝倫敦城的落腳點。不過他家的價錢總是比希思羅周邊其他的酒店高出一截，因為是機場內唯一的五星。到達口出來後，找到Boots和M&S, 順着指示牌換乘電梯再穿過室內空調長廊就到，如果是別的客運大樓，那就要考慮一下了，希思羅裏客運大樓之間各種地鐵中轉特麻煩。我屬於很挑剔的酒店住客，但這家的衞生，隔音，空調温度控制都沒有問題，房間的佈局非常中規中矩。 我從大堂打車來回温莎城堡遊玩也很方便，吃飯可以回到客運大樓裏簡單解決。

If the hotel was not next to T5 and I had an early flight (06:45), I would definitely consider staying in a hotel outside the city; I can only say that airport hotels need to have different evaluation standards. Finally, the hotel may not have anyone answering the switchboard late at night. My family called at 4 a.m., and no one answered the phone the first time. The second time, the phone was hung up as soon as I picked up the receiver. The third time I called, I successfully communicated with the operator to transfer the call to the room, because the phone was muted, and my family was afraid that we would oversleep; this must be paid attention to by the hotel.
