房間沒有熱水，開淋浴等待十幾分鍾，依然涼水，無奈冷水沖了澡。退房時好心提醒前台，房間沒有熱水，是否需要檢修一下，前台説白天沒人洗澡。意思專門不供熱水是吧？ 無奈，準備離開，前台攔住我，告知退房超時十幾分鍾，要求付費10元。沒多計較，直接掃了10元。那麼請問，不供熱水，我可以投訴嗎？ 我等熱水的十幾分鍾，算我超時嗎？我沒見過酒店白天不供熱水的！我也沒見過超時十幾分鍾要付費的！
