They failed to strictly implement the double quality inspection process, resulting in defective linens entering guest rooms. We have immediately terminated our partnership with this partner, activated a high-quality backup laundry provider, and upgraded our internal quality inspection standards to a three-tiered system of "employee self-inspection + supervisor review + manager spot check" to ensure linen quality.
