"The hotel is five-star in terms of hardware facilities, but the service is terrible! It feels worse than the state-owned hotels in the 1980s. The breakfast is especially bad. There is no meat in the bell pepper fried meat, no shredded pork in celery, and almost no eggs in the scrambled eggs with tomatoes. The waiters are rude and have no smiles, as if someone owes them something. They post ”big-character posters” all over the world, fearing that the tourists who come to eat are ”sneaky”. My evaluation is very real and objective. If this hotel wants to have a better reputation, there must be enough improvements from the hotel management to the training of service staff."
