Banshansiji Hot Spring Hotel is located near the Nanshan Flower Market in Wangshan Village, Luolong District, Luoyang. With a uniquely advantageous location, the hotel is well connected by convenient transport links—just 25 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the railway station, and only 10 minutes from the high-speed rail station—forming a golden commute between urban life and nature.
Attractions nearby are scattered like pearls: the Nanshan Flower Market and Nanshan Bazaar are within walking distance; a 4-minute drive takes you to the Peony Pavilion and Wild Child Park; just 2 minutes away lies the Wangshanzhai Anti-Japanese War Site; and in 15 minutes you can reach the UNESCO World Heritage Longmen Grottoes, offering a harmonious journey through both culture and nature.
Set amid green hills, the hotel occupies a 60-acre forest estate. Designed by top domestic architects, the 30,000-square-meter landscape features minimalist black-and-white geometric buildings that resemble “cloud-top boxes.” Their clean lines complement the reflective infinity pool and the soft green lawn. As hot spring mist floats past the restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows and light dances across the fitness area and children’s playground, a poetic blend of modern aesthetics and traditional hot spring culture emerges.
The hotel offers 24 guest rooms reflecting two distinct styles of living. Eighteen courtyard hot spring suites are designed with the concept of “one residence, one view,” where private gardens welcome guests right outside the door. Guests can enjoy private hot spring baths under a starry sky. King Koil mattresses and Hansgrohe bathrooms provide five-star comfort, enhanced by details such as Atelier Cologne bath products, Dyson appliances, and TOTO smart toilets. During the day, the shared lounge becomes the “Banshan Living Room,” offering handmade treats and freshly brewed coffee; at night, it transforms into the “Yunlu Bar,” where jazz and craft beer create a relaxing atmosphere in the hills.
Six intelligent capsule rooms by the SuLian brand feature 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing Luoyang’s night view. Voice-controlled skylights invite starlight into the room, making the dream of “sleeping under the stars” part of everyday life.
Architecture and nature here achieve a perfect harmony: sunlight streams through glass curtain walls, greenery flows indoors, and the lawn stretches like a natural carpet into the distance. At Banshansiji, you can embrace the mountains, relax in natural hot springs, and rediscover the joy of simple living in a peaceful retreat near the city. It is not just a place to stay—but a meaningful experience that brings deep physical and mental renewal, turning every day into a memorable holiday chapter.
"Facilities: The room we booked is a king-size bed room with private hot spring bath. There is a coffee machine, fruit, snacks and desserts in the room. If you are not in the room, the butler will deliver it to the room with your consent. The breakfast in the morning is a buffet. Although there are not many varieties, it is good and delicious. Hygiene: When ordering takeout in the early morning, there will be an aunt to clean up immediately if there is oil on the ground. It is really considerate. Environment: It is very much like a resort. There is a large lawn, which is very photogenic. The environment is also very good. They also have a public infinity pool, which is also very large and clean. Service: This is the highlight. From Xiaoxiao at the front desk to the little brother who picked us up on the first day, we only know that he is not a driver. When we left on the second day, we saw the little brother again and recommended places to play for us. Our butler Nana is also super good. She didn't get up for breakfast for two days. Someone called us to ask what we want to eat. We prepared it in advance and we can go to eat. She will recommend us where to go and arrange a driver to take us according to our needs. There is really no such good service. There was also a young lady who was probably the housekeeper. Although I didn't ask her name, she took us to visit the big suite, which was also very nice.
Finally, she gave us a souvenir when we checked out. This trip was very pleasant. It would be a good idea to come back in winter next time."
