After staying for four nights, I give it a perfect rating. First, let's talk about the design. The overall aesthetic is consistent with the interior design, with three vertical and three horizontal lines, and blue bricks and tiles. Many details also reflect the quality, such as the embroidery on the walls, the texture of the window paper, and the thickness of the floor towels. Next, let's talk about the service. The front desk staff was excellent, catering to every need, both physical and mental. Knowing we don't like sweet drinks, they even provided Luoyang specialty drinking water. Because of the incident the day before, they even provided breakfast (and surprisingly, a double-yolk boiled egg). And finally, let's talk about the owner (one of the owners). He has put so much effort into creating this homestay, and there are so many stories to tell. I hope to hear more of them someday. I love it. Finally, being located in the old street, hailing a taxi can be tricky. The front desk has tips and can call a taxi in.

There are also plenty of local transport options right outside the hotel. **Service:** The service was exceptional. From the security guard at the entrance who skillfully directed parking, to the warm welcome and efficient check-in at the front desk, and the meticulous cleaning by the housekeeping staff – it's evident that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to its guests. **Exquisite Afternoon Tea:** The afternoon tea was generous and featured Luoyang's special Haibi soda, along with delicate pastries. **Aoweisi Fitness Personal Training Experience:** The coach was very professional and provided patient guidance.

Very Good Location🤩👍 The staff are attentive and helpful🥰. The room is clean and new, no cigarette smell (as requested). Tea is seved upon check in and peony mooncakes are placed in the room, very delicious. The hotel is located just across the road from Orange Hotel, walk straight 200m, it is on the right. I really like there April 17-18, 2025 for Peoney festival 42nd.

The housekeeper Xiao Sun came to pick us up at the station. The lady was very beautiful, kind and friendly, and she provided enthusiastic service. She also gave us some good suggestions for our travel itinerary~ The hotel is quite new, with complete facilities, rich breakfast, and encouraging staff. I will choose Hilton Garden Inn Kaiyuan Avenue next time.
