"I booked this on my way to Florence. It's a beautiful and convenient place to stay with all facilities. Elio , Matteo and everyone at the reception has been very kind and helpful. Elio moved me from mix dorm to Girl dorm. Very kind. You can have coffee and cook your own meal. You can store your luggage and roam around after checkout. They help you with recommendations. Overall I had a very warming experience. I wish to come back again. Bathroom and bed was very clean & made up everyday. Absolutely worth the money and more than that the staff was really good. Only they don't have lift but hey you can climb. ✨"

"First of all, unbeatable price and location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who showed me the amenities and to my room. On the next day, there was another receptionist who was equally as helpful. She took the initiative to recommend as many sights, food, and even the oldest pharmacy in the world (circa 1221). I have attached what she highlighted to me. If you’re a no-frills traveler who needs a convenient and comfortable place to stay, this is what you’ll be looking for. One tip when locating the hostel, don’t expect a large sign; instead it has a nondescript door with other tenants on other floors."

"The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the train station, the lobby is very beautiful and very Renaissance hhh, there is an elevator! This is really important. There is a public terrace on the second floor where smoking is possible. There is a vending machine in the lobby on the first floor. The drinks are cheaper than the nearby convenience stores. There is also a small public refrigerator that can put you buy and eat. The front desk is very nice. There is a delicious Tuscan restaurant nearby, affordable. satisfaction"

"The location is close to any attraction in Florence. It can be accessed to most attractions within 25 minutes. The location of the hotel is also good. There are some delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel is also clean. The bathroom is shared but it is really clean. But pay attention to the towels. The front desk service is very good and patient. But a little crowded, if you don't mind more than 10 people in a room, it's really good!"

"Hello everyone. The room matches the photo, I arrived alone and they put me in a room where there was no one else, which was very comfortable. I arrived before the check-in time and they met me halfway and checked me in earlier, which is also a plus. There is a gym on the territory, it is included in the price of accommodation, but there are not many exercise machines, which is understandable because it is not a professional gym) The room itself is very spacious, the rooms are cleaned by a maid. I would also like to mention the administrator Karla. The girl is very kind and does her job well, it was pleasant to talk to her. I will come back again if such an opportunity arises."

"The room and bathroom is acceptable tidy and clean. Water and small snacks were provided free of charge. Bar was near the reception which during checkin the staff will give you a coin for welcome drink which is not bad at all. The use phone app as a door key. This was certainly conveniently for young travellers. There are a lot of night activities. A bit noisy, so make sure you bring your own ear plugs. Kitchen is merely clean provided with canned tomato sauces, veggies and seasonings. Therefore, self made food is possible. Regardless the noisiness, it was a worth-to-visit-again hostel."

GGuest UserVery new, nice and clean. All staffs are very helpful and answer all your requests and need. They have fun night, singing, movies, games..etc which don't feel bore. Big kitchen for use, pool on roof top. Will come back again. Thanks to all the staffs and Happy New Year to everyone.

AAnonymous UserRoom and bathroom were very clean. I really liked the small storage space beside the bed, especially since I was on the top bunk. Location was great — about a 20-minute walk to the city center, with lots of cafés and restaurants along the way. There’s also a supermarket just a minute walk away, which was super convenient. Only downside was the long queue during check-in, but overall a great stay. Highly recommend

AAnonymous UserThe room is well ventilated and well lit. The mattress is very comfortable and very relaxing. The environment is clean and hygienic, the service is considerate, and the Asian guy at the front desk is very patient in meeting the guests' requirements, which is a special thumbs up👍. The only drawback is that the luggage room is too small and there is only one shelf; the public rest and reading space is not clear enough. There is some space in the corridor of the female guest room on the second floor, but it does not seem to be open to all guests, especially male guests. There is also some reading space in the restaurant on the ground floor, but the division of labor is unclear, especially during meal time, and they interfere with each other, which needs to be improved.
