"The hotel rooms look good only on pictures. The rooms and bathrooms are very dirty especially behind the bed and shelves. We had to change our room because there was a big mouse in our room that came from the bathroom. We didn’t even use the water park because the water looks really cloudy. The only positive thing about our stay was that the food was good and the workers from restaurant nice people. If you want to come to the hotel and use the adventure part and restaurant then you can have fun but not the rooms. We got only £4 discounts because of the mouse. We was told that the pimps are broken and they come through there which is great I wish we knew that before we paid for the room. "
