Holiday Inn Club Vacations Myrtle Beach Oceanfront by IHG

Pricey but 2 bedroom/2 bath was beautifully decorated + clean. Front desk staff was outstanding. Pool music is loud + you can hear it in the vents in the bathrooms. Male bartender at pool bar was not very good….on his phone, eating a bag of chips + seemed annoyed to have to wait on customers. Don’t understand resort fee charge…there wasn’t anything that a regular hotel wouldn’t have. There isn’t even housekeeping.

Suites were spacious and clean, staff was amazing, everyone was so cordial and polite, made us feel welcome, Charles at the bar was great, always willing to help, had good conversations with him. Overall experience A+

Great family friendly stay Everything was great from the room to drinks/food at the back porch. My one suggestion is getting more water pressure for showers in the rooms this is my 2nd time staying and both times the water pressure wasn’t great.

We had a great time these past couple of days staying at the new resort in Myrtle Beach! Up until the end of our stay we had nothing but amazing customer service. We were unpleasantly surprised when our card was charged an additional $133 without being notified any additional charges were coming following our security deposit. I attempted to inquire about this charge with the front desk and Vanessa stated it was resort fees from booking with Hopper, however, these “resort fees” were not disclosed to me at the time of booking, at the front desk upon check in when I paid the security deposit, or upon checking out. I used their text review service to share how we were upset with the hidden fee and Vanessa herself replied back letting me know she had explained the fees to me and that I could call her back if I needed them explained again as if I were stupid… I wasn’t impressed with her follow up and I am now overall extremely disappointed as we had a great time up until this poor end of the trip experience. While hidden fees are frustrating, it is even more frustrating that when I attempt to inquire about them I am met with poor customer service that attempts to blame me for simply inquiring.

Best place to stay in Myrtle Beach!!! Best place to stay in Myrtle Beach!!! Room was clean, spacious and had all the comforts of home. Staff was friendly and helpful, food was yummy the drinks at the bar were delicious. I really can't think of anything negative about our stay.

Great place to stay! Will definitely come again. The only thing we didn’t like was the pressure to buy a timeshare.
