Es war eine gute und erholsame Zeit, alles weitere s.u. Für eine Verbesserung des Aufenthaltes sollte der Honesty Shop und die Take Away Optionen optimiert werden

Ingesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Etwas kalte Atmosphäre zwischen Mitarbeitern und Gästen, kann aber von der Resortleitung so gewollt sein.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Hapimag "Hörnum". Alles sehr sauber. Der Empfang war außerordentlich gut und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer (Komfort) war sehr schlicht möbliert, wenig gemütlich allein durch die Möblierung im Raum. Schwimmbad sehr gut! Bei der Abreise wollten wir 10 Minuten vor Öffnung der Rezeption Rechnung begleichen. Junge Frau hinter dem Tresen der Rezeption war anwesend, lehnte aber jegliches Entgegenkommen ab, da erst ab 0900 h geöffnet und nicht 10 Minuten früher. Das spricht nicht gerade für Flexibilität, da wir einen dringenden Termin wahrnehmen mussten. Wir bekamen dann den Hinweis auf Überweisungs- möglichkeit. Alles in einem nicht gerade freundlichem Ton! Der Restaurantbetrieb bei Hapimag in Hörnum ist schon außerordentlich eingeschränkt!

Wir bemerkten auffällig viele Hunde! Gibt es im Resort spezielle Wohnungen für Hundehalter oder dürfen alle Wohnungen auch mit Hunden genutzt werden?

Ich kenne Hapimag Hörnum sehr gut und fühle mich dort wohl. Leider wurde meine Wunsch nach einer bestimmten Wohnung erneut nicht berücksichtigt

Ein sehr schönes Ressort in sehr schöner Lage direkt an den Dünen, nur ca. 300 m vom Meer weg. Das Meer ist direkt auf schönem Fußweg zu erreichen.
