after traveling most of the day with 3 toddlers, they were ready for the pool. However, after checking in, we were told it was closed. it's the reason we select a hotel with a pool. be advised, it doesn't look like it had been opened all year. you decided....

First off I used points for my stay here so I can’t comment on the price. Fast and friendly check-in. The room was pretty big. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Blackout curtain on the window. Good shower pressure. Safe in room. Quiet. Free breakfast with usual items. Pool was closed. Nice fitness room. Very conveniently located just off 295. There are a handful of food options nearby, and a gas station across the street. My only issue (and it’s a small one) is parking back by the side of the pool was very dark. They could use another light out there on the side. Aside from that the stay was very good.

The property was fine! It was a slow check-in process and complimentary bags were not automatically handed to guess upon check-in [you had to ask for it]. The rooms, hall, and entire facility was spotless! It was disappointing that the pool was not open to guest but luckily there was swimming where we were headed.

Kay, at check in, was so nice & friendly & helped us with a restaurant selection. She helped make our stay more pleasant! Carla kept the breakfast buffet well stocked & clean. Room was clean & fairly new- modern shower stall with curved glass door like a cruise ship. Great idea. Comfy bed, great A/C & nice cold fridge. Will stay again. Keep up the great work!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great amenities. The breakfast was excellent, much better than the average hotel free breakfast. The location was right off the expressway and there are multiple restaurants in the area. Having Wawa nearby was convenient for picking up drinks and snacks.

Excellent hotel. Kayla was amazing at the front desk. Great positive energy. Also, my room was very clean. Thanks to Monse. The only reason why I would not return is because the hotel does not offer Bravo TV nor TLC. I usually stay in and watch TV at night since there’s not much to do in town. Also, the Jim did not have a TV but they were nice enough to allow me to use weights in my room. Otherwise the breakfast was amazing fluffy eggs, and corn. Beef hash were delightfully different Thank you so much for a lovely day

The property has been upgraded over the past year and it shows, even the breakfast experience. The staff has always been very friendly and accomodating and, of course, you cannot beat the price. If you are travelling on I-295 in the greater Richmond area overnight or longer, this should be your first choice, it definitely is mine.
