Absolutely gross. Broken AC grill. Filthy stained shower. Water and soap stains on shower walls. Dust and gunk where toilet paper roll hangs. Used bottle of shampoo. Water barely warm. Tissue holder empty. Breakfast was terrible and they used styrofoam plates that you can't put in the microwave to warm up the oatmeal or frozen egg patties.

the pictures are misleading. The rooms are smaller then a motel room and let’s be honest motel rooms aren’t that big. the bathroom is small asf. wasn’t expecting luxury but was expecting a little more space. better off spending the 300 for 2 nights somewhere where else. whole room fits in literally one picture smh…

Overall stay was great… the staff was super sweet and very quick with the check in process.. my only issue was that while yes, the bath tub worked the actual shower did not… there was no way to switch from bath to shower

Comfortable bed, but hot room.
Hotel is fine, decent bed and clean bathroom. Unfortunately the AC wasn't turned on in our room prior to arrival so the room was in the low 80s. Took all night running the AC full blast to get it down to 70. Breakfast was no frills, but got the job done.

The lobby and our room look and smell clean. Very nice property and staff. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is continental, so not a lot of choices as expected. There’s a shopping center nearby, and a lot of good places to eat at. Order from Pho Pho Asian, amazing food! Overall, great property. I will highly recommend.

Terrible Hotel
The hotel was dirty and smelly. It smelled like mold and ****. When I entered the room, it smelled like it was stale and moldy. During the day, it started raining and the room flooded with at least a half inch of water. You could tell by the smell the room had previously flooded, but they still rent this room out. Absolutely unacceptable.

Don’t stay here
The floor of the room was dirty and the baseboards were dirty. There was missing trim around the bathroom tub and cabinets were dirty. On arrival the AC cover was hanging off we put it back on and notified the front desk. The clerk stated she knew about it and was the one who left it off. The hotel was also very loud and you could hear a normal conversation next door. The room above sounded like they were bowling. Breakfast only had 1 tray of hot food (eggs, sausage, and gravy) everything else was pre packaged (waffles etc).

The rooms were very small. Felt like I was in a box. Not worth the money at all. the tv was broken upon arrival. the sink was dripping the whole night could be more modern styled there was no lamps in the room and of course i left my block at home. got here thinking they have the lamps with the usb outlets like most of the hotels. BUT NOOOO THEY DON’T. so don’t forget your charging blocks!

Micro-suite in Hoover is a solid choice for ease of check-in, hospitality, cleanliness, all systems fully functional, quality amenities, quiet, convenient, clean linens, sparkling towels the whole bit.. best of all, was the concierge, a beautiful young lady named Senee who was kind, thoughtful, and so considerate with me. I totally recommend this hotel across the board..don’t think you can go wrong.
