My 88 year old Dad and I broke up a long drive by staying at this Hyatt on the way going to see family and the return. The first room and overnight stay was just fine. The return trip stay was unacceptable. I reported more than 8 issues with our room to the front desk and general manager and still have yet to receive a phone call. I immediately was sent their invoice at checkout. I hope someone will reach out to me especially since I just joined the Hyatt World Program & credit card.

founds bugs in my room and mom's room on the second floor. I was able to move to a room without bugs on the higher floor but room was still overall dirty. The sheets had stains from reuse. Overall the hotel is not clean. The elevators are loud so avoid rooms near by.

The location is good, but the cleanliness is very poor. The elevators and hallway have a typical smell. We booked a room for 2 days, but the digital key only works for one day. We need to go to the desk to renew it. Staff did not come to clean the room the next day, nor did they provide clean towels and napkins for 2nd day.

The hotel is in need of an update. Mini-split HVAC made the rooms feel like a motel. The mini-fridge did not close, the ice machine on the 5th floor did not work. The veneer on the furniture is worn, the carpet is stained and the wallpaper is peeling. The staff is exceptional. But considering what was paid - it's not worth it.

Two stars is generous. We almost left to find another property, but it was so late when we arrived, we decided to tough it out. Believe the reviews and stay somewhere else. Room wasn't ready on time. No body wash or toilet paper inside. Room near elevator and you could hear the elevator ALL NIGHT LONG. Linens were sparse and house keeping didn't come the whole time we were there, even though we asked them to service the room. Hotel seems dirty, worn, and old. I spoke with the very kind manager and she was as helpful as could be, as was her staff, but this property needs a LOT of attention and I won't stay here again!

Terrible experience here. Worst and only case of bedbugs in my life. Over 20 bites when I woke up. I'd post pictures, but probably not something most of you want to see. My co-worker in another room was bitten too. Not sure how this can happen as it must have happened to others.....
