They have a shuttle bus which should pick up at the airport at 8pm. I waited for the shuttle bus from 745pm to 815pm and the shuttle bus never show up. I had to pay 44.5 euros for the taxi to the hotel. All the front desk did was say sorry, we have to cancel the shuttle bus sometime. Nothing, no reimburse, nothing.

When I booked via Trip.com, website clearly wrote £36 for city tax and tourism taxes but for the day of check out, reception forced me to pay £60 for taxes and after wasting my time and make me sad and upset with very poor and bad behaviour and unprofessional attitude, very rudely they said ok and you can pay £36 .
We were four and I booked for four people but all room services was for only two (two towels, two teas and…) and when I asked reception for rest of things, they said I have to go down and took from them and they didn’t bring them up and they said we have no room service and I was surprised that this was four star hotel.
I am and adventurer and visited more than 70 counties in three continents around world and this was my first bad experience with this kind of hotel and hotel staff and receptionist .
Highly recommend NOT spend any penny to stay in this trouble hotel

Very pleased with the hotel. We had a spacious room with 2 queen beds. Friendly staffs. Well maintained hotel except the bathroom can use a makeover.

The hotel was a little far out, away from food establishments and other shops, but my stay there was bliss of course. I managed to order takeaway and they have a mini 24/7 market near reception so I got my necessary goodies. You have to pay for the airport shuttle which is a little bizarre but it was a comfortable ride. It is Marriott, can’t go wrong with this one.

Very nice hotel with all the amenities if any 5 star hotel.
Stayed here for almost 4 nights. Enjoyed staying here only one catch though the breakfast was not covered and little expensive.
Shuttle service to airport should be free of charge but the hotel charged us every time we go out via shuttle because this hotel was little far from Airport.

It is relatively close to Schiphol Airport. Some hotels provide transportation for pick-up, but it is charged. The advantage is that the surrounding environment is green and it is right in front of a forest. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar with a good atmosphere. The room is considered a five-star rating.

Safety was ensured inside the building. There were no slippers or microwaves, but the sauna was free to use and there was an electric kettle and coffee maker in the room, so the facilities and amenities were excellent.
It is not convenient for people who take public transportation. The road is small and dark, which is unworthy of being a 4-star hotel!
