"This is my 2nd time staying with R9 chain hotels. i like the concept for touring cyclist. Theyre cabin style, but the room is adequate with amenities. For cyclist, the entrace door has awning roof that you can request it to be extended to shade your bicycle. And besides they have complimentary bento/icecream/coffee, room is equiped with fridge n microwave too"

The breakfast had a great variety of Japanese and Western dishes and was delicious. The staff's greetings and conversations were also very pleasant."

"This isn't a hotel at all; it's a typical motel, right next to a highway, charged by the hour. Once inside, you can't freely enter or leave; you have to call the landlord to unlock the door. It's incredibly difficult to find staff or a front desk. The front desk phone rings incessantly at night, severely disrupting my sleep, as guests constantly come and go, requiring calls to the front desk to open the door. Upon entering, I found the door wouldn't open by itself, causing considerable panic. There was no language barrier, and no prior explanation. Even getting into the room was a struggle. There was absolutely no front desk; all I could see was the garage. A truly terrifying stay. The air conditioner in the room was incredibly dirty, covered in dust, and smelled absolutely awful. Beside two highways, it was extremely noisy at night. Worst of all, the surrounding area is full of vegetable fields. There was no staff to be found during check-in. It was absolutely terrible—no front desk, no staff. Why describe such a motel as a hotel?"
