體驗了草原小木屋，裏面製氧，加濕，地暖都有，硬件還是很不錯了，管家服務也很貼心，位置也好找，白天草原美景盡收眼底，夜晚温差大，但看到了絕美星空。美中不足的是洗漱水是黃的，可能村裡條件限制？雖然服務人員很好，有求必應，但不是很有主人翁意識，頭天的餐館外圍座位上的垃圾第二天用早餐時還沒有收拾，椅背上有顧客擦油的印記，早上的餐盤才從水裡撈出來，全是水，希望細節加強一下。

設施：這座在紅原草原上的野奢酒店，裝修看得出很用心，房間裏有智能馬桶、製氧機、空調、加熱器、Dyson吹風機。裝修也很考究可以看到美麗大草原。
服務：工作人員都很熱情，會幫忙拿行李很友善。
但是由於所在的海拔3500m比較高，如果容易高反的人要做好氧氣瓶準備，否則睡一覺醒來會頭暈

從服務、環境、風景都吹爆的一家！同時也感謝小姐姐免費升級房型。接下來從各個方面細評：位置：月亮灣景點旁，跟着導航過來很方便，路也好走，有專門的停車場，自駕方便。服務：管家提前電話聯繫，加了微信，發了定位，也隨時在線，及時回覆各種問題。到達和離開都幫忙接送拿行李，頭一天下水道有點異味，給管家反映後也馬上處理得很滿意，服務特別好！環境和餐食：圖1、2是早上的航拍，圖3是下午茶，圖4是早餐，圖5、6、7是吃雲去餐廳、咖啡廳，早餐和下午茶都在這。房間不大，但很有特色，黑色系木質裝修，很有格調，房間裏面有mini吧、製氧機、暖氣機，這個季節外面晚上衹有幾度，但房間開着暖氣很合適。尤其要誇讚這裏的星空，抬眼肉眼可見的銀河，漫天繁星超級美！早上躺床上或者推開房門在陽台上就能看到圖8、9、10的畫面，實在太美了！

酒店超級棒～老闆幫我們升級了小木屋風景超美，早上起來推開窗就是美景贊👍停車很方便酒店入口不遠的地方還有一個公共停車區域有充電樁（但是現在還沒通電）房間乾淨，有恆温花灑🚿非常棒！入住前就給我們開好了地暖，非常貼心～下次還會再來！
