房間足夠大，庭院雙床房兩張床居然各一米五寬，其實就是個家庭房。酒店非常古典，長者很滿意，吃完早飯因為天熱，也沒有逛古城，反而是在酒店裡參觀，家人拍了一張又一張照片。移步換景。樂此不疲。前台小姐姐服務特別好，很貼心地送我們去最近的大巴站坐車去懷化西站，免去了炎熱夏天拖着行李箱找車的痛苦。酒店早餐的鴨子粉也是意外的驚喜。如果大家想找人少僻靜，風景優美的湘西古城，這兒真的是很好的選擇，而這家曾府酒店也會是你行程中意外的驚喜。

房間環境很不錯。前台很熱情，下停車場幫忙拿東西，房間有送小吃水果，小冰箱裏的飲料礦泉水很多，都是免費的，還貼心配了兩幅耳塞。總體入住體驗很好，下次有機會去了還會住。

酒店緊鄰古商城景點和商業街，遊玩方便。酒店小院環境優美，房間整潔乾淨、設施齊全，還有智能化服務。酒店人員服務熱情周到，早餐品種豐盛，每天早晚免費送水果、糖水，房間有充足的免費礦泉水和飲料。還給升級了江景房。早晨打開窗户看日出美美噠！每天遊玩回來在酒店餐廳點餐吃，衞生、方便、口味好，還有餐後果。本來計劃衹住一晚，因吃住舒服又多住了一天。
