Good location for ski, spacious room, good.

We stay at SonoCalm every time we go to Ocean World. It's the perfect place for our family, who sleeps best in the dark. While it's nice that they provide Evian water, sparkling water, and Golden Medal apple juice every day, the only downside is that there's only one bathroom. The master bedroom only has a sink and toilet, so it takes a long time for a family of four to shower, which is inconvenient. I wish they'd installed a shower in the master bedroom, but every time I visit, I think about it. Aside from that, the facilities and layout were great, and the cozy atmosphere made for a great stay. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I booked the Sono Calm to use Ocean World. The size and bed were just right for three people. Overall, it was a nice place. But there was so much dust...even my insensitive husband could feel it;;; The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly either. There was something like Duoderm stuck to the mirror, probably from someone else, and the floor was stained with black water stains. It was so visible. The reception staff were also blunt... It was okay, but I wouldn't come back for the peak season price.

I made a reservation to go to Ocean World and it was so great! The accommodation was clean and I was very satisfied~ It was very clean because it had not been remodeled for a long time~! I highly recommend it~

Just across from the ski resort. Very convenient. Overall there are good facilities.

I stayed with a family of three. There were plenty of things to do and eat in the resort, so we had a comfortable time for 2 nights and 3 days without going out.

It's really clean, spacious and nice. It's the best place to bring babies.

It's been a while since I've traveled with my family, and I was satisfied with the accommodations. They also handled my inquiries quickly, which was great. I'd like to visit again if I get the chance.

The room type is good, the hotel is very new, and the hardware is very good, but after all, it is a hotel in a tourist area, and one night is not cheap. From the front desk to the service staff, there is no service staff who can communicate fluently in English and Chinese. The hotel plug is very strange. It is a recessed circular deep hole. Many adapters cannot be used. Guests staying in this hotel should pay special attention to it.

There are a lot of firsts in the bedding.. The welcome drink and cookies are really good. If you stay for multiple nights, you have to ask the front desk in advance to get them twice. We stayed in type A because we were a family of three, but next time I'll have to book type B. It's 50 per night, but it's too small.. 50 is the price of a village...
