The place is really nice, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoy our stay. Maybe we are not used to the service apartment type so we were expecting daily cleaning service like removing thrash and changing towels at the very least. Overall it’s good but do bring your own toiletries.

Booked their gold suite and it is one of most spacious and biggest accomodation in gangwon-do. The suite consists of 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms and comes equipped with a kitchenette. Perfect place for big groups or families.

so so only , travelling with young children , hotel stay swimming pool need pay money , the slowly land is far away from this hotel .

어린이들이 많아서인지 뷰 좋은 방으로 안내해주신 친절한 직원 덕분에 잘 지내다 왔습니다.
공기가 좋고 산책로도 길게 잘 정비되어 있어 아침마다 숙소에서 입구까지 멈춤없이 뛸 수 있었습니다.
물은 1박당 4병을 제공해주시고 수건은 사용한 수건을 반납하면 새 수건을 제공받을 수 있어 불편함이 없었고 식기류 등 잘 준비되어있어 객실 내에서 식사할 때 편리했습니다.
오션월드나 그 외 부대시설까지는 차량으로 10분 정도 가몀 이옹할 수 있고 그 덕분에 아침 저녁으로 잔잔한 골프 타구 정도의 소리 외에는 조용합니다.
3가족이 묵었는데 가족 구성원에 따라 다르겠지만 침구류 배분이 어려워 다음에는 2가족씩 사용하는게 편리할 것 같고 그렇게 예약을 진행해 다시 오고 싶습니다.👍

호텔이 고지대에 위치해 있어서 처음엔 약간 걱정했는데, 오히려 그 덕분에 정말 조용하고 평화로운 분위기를 만끽할 수 있었습니다. 특히 호텔 앞쪽으로 펼쳐진 골프장 필드의 경치가 정말 환상적이었어요. 아침에 창문을 열면 탁 트인 녹색 잔디밭과 함께 시원한 공기가 들어와서 하루를 상쾌하게 시작할 수 있었습니다.
2. 청결도
호텔 전체적으로 정말 깨끗하게 관리되고 있다는 인상을 받았습니다. 객실은 물론이고 복도, 로비, 화장실까지 구석구석 청소가 잘 되어 있어서 기분 좋게 머물 수 있었어요. 침구류와 수건도 깔끔하고 냄새도 전혀 나지 않아서 만족스러웠습니다.
3. 서비스
직원분들의 서비스가 정말 인상적이었습니다. 무엇을 요청하든 바로바로 응대해주셔서 대기시간 없이 모든 일이 처리되었어요. 친절하면서도 전문적인 서비스 덕분에 전혀 불편함 없이 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 특히 체크인/체크아웃 과정이 정말 신속해서 좋았어요.
4. 시설
호텔에서 운영하는 셔틀 서비스가 정말 편리했습니다. 주요 관광지나 쇼핑센터까지 정기적으로 운행해주어서 교통비 걱정 없이 여행을 즐길 수 있었어요. 셔틀 운행 시간표도 잘 짜여져 있어서 계획 세우기가 쉬웠고, 전반적으로 호텔 시설들이 투숙객들의 편의를 많이 고려해서 만들어진 것 같다는 느낌을 받았습니다.
