What I like most about the hotel is that it is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the subway station and a large shopping mall. It is conveniently located. It has a shared space, a public kitchen, a small fitness room and a free laundry room. The only drawback is that the front desk staff speaks too fast and in a high tone. Guests Difficult to hear clearly, not careful enough

I had a pleasant time at the Shama Central. It was a really lovely hotel/ service apartment. The room was quite spacious, with a big dining room and living room too. Everything looked fairly nice. And the hotel was located at a convenient area, with many good restaurants nearby! The whole apartment was kinda dreamy, view was ok. However, the one problem was the front desk staff. When we were checking out, the female frontdesk staff member was really rude. Her attitude was very poor and I felt rather surprised by her attitude. It was such a shame because the rest of the stay was satisfactory, but it ended on such a negative note because of her!
