Excellent location. The view from the window was right on a big building in front, so no real sky view. I was not super happy to learn during check-in that the pool was closed as this was the reason why I had chosen this hotel over others. I had a sign that I didn't want to be disturbed and then they called me during a nap to ask if they could clean the room. Breakfast was ok.

Excellent location near subway station and lots of restaurants around the hotel. Room sizes ok compared to other hotels in the area with similar price ranges (been in Hongkong for 4 months and yes we have tried many hotels in the North Point area) Large queen size bed a lots of windows so room is very bright and with a good view from our 28 floor room. Over ok for value! However there are several negatives: No face towls(small rectangle type) provided No filling station for distilled water Internet goes in and out Stange object on the window shades

Beautiful, new hotel with large, clean rooms. I got upgraded (maybe because it's my first stay here?) and the room was huge; 2 bathrooms! There is a great supermarket on the 15th floor, and many coffee shops in the Hopewell Mall. My only compaint would be the elevators: you need to take one to the lobby on the 19th floor, then a different one to your room. Both are packed and take a long time. Otherwise a fantastic stay.

Excellent hotel in terms of price and quality. Good breakfast, just monotonous. The room is large and cleaned well. You can drink water from the filter, and they also give you a toothbrush. The location is the best for those who want to get to know the city. The metro is close, lots of shops, malls, and park. I recommend it.

We stayed there 3 nights during our HK trip and had a great experience. The location is a good advantage, you will have bus, tram just in 2-3 minutes walk. MTR is also very nearby. rooms were neat and clean, very small though but thats how it is in entire HK. I highly recommend staying here for good connectivity. We also requested for a high floor with nice view and it was given, the view was really great from the room. Feedback on improvement: To be honest, we did not like the buffet breakfast as they serve the same dish every single day, first day it was ok but we were bored from next day onwards with the options as it was the same thing for 3 consecutive days, I suggest hotel management to look into it and improve.

The room was optimally sized , providing a comfortable balance of space and functionality. A larger smart TV was highlight, offering excellent entertainment options like you tube . The air conditioning performed very well, maintaining a consistently pleasant temperature throughout the stay. A mini fridge was available, though its capacity was limited to a few cans of beverages, which may not be sufficient for guests requiring more storage.Overall , the room was well-equipped and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Reasonably clean but could tell the building was very old with a musty smell. You could say the decorations were quite vintage/old depending on how you look at it. Room was big for hk standards and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that they are cutting down on disposable amenities according to chinese regulations but some that are not provided can be bought from a vending machine in the gym. Wanted to buy a dental kit but the touchscreen pad said it was sold out although it was stocked.

Very good - I was upgraded to a room on 20F. I’m not sure what my original would have been like but this was very large for Hong Kong and had all the facilities I wanted. The view was from a small window in the corner but still a very good view. Two minor issues: the window was filthy. One window can open (it’s locked) so could the hotel not manage to clean at least on pane of glass regularly? The other they can’t do much about… the bathroom was needlessly small given how large the room was. Anyway, I would stay again.

I came to Hong Kong to see 'The Great Lawyer' and 'Yi Yi'. With other hotels being quite expensive, this one offered a reasonable price, so I decided to book it. I admit I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but my experience turned out to be excellent. The hotel isn't far from Tin Hau MTR station. Be aware that Gaode Maps (Amap) might direct you through small alleys; it's simpler to just walk along the main road for a bit before using navigation. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. While the room was compact, it was spotlessly clean and felt quite new, which is a big plus for Hong Kong hotels. They provided both soft and firm pillows. There was a slight, faint buzzing sound from the bedside strip light, but it wasn't disruptive at all. All in all, it offers excellent value for money. And on a side note, 'The Great Lawyer' musical was absolutely fantastic – I really feel it marks a new high for Chinese musicals, combining both innovation and cultural tradition. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Park Lane Hotel is an ideal location for me. Easy access to all amenities and even have supermarkets right at the door step especially during typhoon season that was god send i can honestly say. Specially shout out to couple of the “Doorman” Sony and Awatar they have been doing fantastic job and make you welcomed and wanting to come back to stay in this hotel again. Minor suggestion is that there are only handful of benches …. very uncomfortable even though every hotel is different but still believe they are need to put more attention to the guests experience. Tips for Booking Hong Kong Hotels

Book Early for Peak Travel Seasons

Hong Kong gets especially busy during Chinese New Year (January–February), Golden Week (early October), and Christmas. Hotels in popular areas like Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Causeway Bay often sell out or spike in price—so book well in advance.

Watch Out for Major Events

Expect higher rates during international trade fairs, art shows, and concerts at venues like the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, AsiaWorld–Expo, or West Kowloon Cultural District. Hotel demand surges during events like Art Basel, Rugby Sevens, and K-pop tours.

Save More with Trip.com Perks

New users can get up to 8% off select Hong Kong hotel bookings on Trip.com. Helpful for offsetting Hong Kong’s 10% service charge—or upgrading to harbour-view rooms with breakfast included.

Stay Smart with Location Choices

On a budget? Consider staying in areas like Sheung Wan, Sai Ying Pun, or North Point instead of Central or Tsim Sha Tsui. These neighborhoods still offer easy MTR access, great food, and local charm—without the high-end hotel prices.

BbolexuExcellent location, right next door to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. It's conveniently close to both Wan Chai MTR Station and Exhibition Centre MTR Station, making transportation very easy. Unfortunately, my stay coincided with Hong Kong's 'Black Rainstorm' warning, so all outdoor activities were canceled, and the beautiful swimming pool was closed. Here are three highlights: 1) I'd read reviews mentioning slow deposit refunds, but the front desk informed me that since I had fully pre-paid my room through Ctrip, no deposit was required. 2) I arrived at 12 PM, and my room was already prepared for immediate check-in. They also extended my check-out time until 1 PM. 3) The concierge at the entrance was very proactive in helping with luggage. When I asked in Mandarin how to get to the MTR, they provided very detailed directions.

AAnonymous UserMy stay here was absolutely superb, and I must give this hotel a glowing review! Its location is a major highlight; it's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, with abundant dining and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for both travel and daily life. During check-in, the receptionist was incredibly efficient and genuinely friendly. They even proactively shared information about the hotel's amenities, which made me feel very welcome. The room itself was more spacious than expected and spotlessly clean. The bedding felt soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully restful sleep. The bathroom featured well-designed wet/dry separation, hot water was immediate, and the pressure was perfect. Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was excellent; I heard no noise at night, which is absolutely crucial for a good stay. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options, all delicious and catering to different preferences. Check-out was lightning-fast, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. It offers outstanding value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here!

RRaisaRoom is small compared to other hotels in china. But it is not a problem if you are in 2 people. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. They don't offer water in the room. The restroom is ok. The only point is the size of the part to have shower that is also small. The hotel is in front of a metro station and it helped a lot. I recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserTerrible check in experience, slow and allowing people to cut line Made a little better with a room upgrade, thanks to the nice lady on reception who could see what a problem and how disorganised the whole process was and how frustrated everyone checking in was getting. Pillows especially way too soft, room although big feels dated. Petty things like double checking signatures for a small deposit took any prestige out of the stay. You have just scanned my passport how can you not trust that I am the person signing? Madness! Much better options in HK

SshtmpearlSimple but stylish hotel in the little cute area. We had dinner nearby. The neighbourhood is full of independent small restaurants. Hotel is fine but don’t know wheee to get drinking water which was not too happy (after calling front desk so many times without answering, we decided to buy water from 7-11). I think this can be improved by letting customers know in advance. Otherwise it’s too stressful 🥹

GGuest UserGreat location, Wan Chai station entrance is just a short walk across the street and there’s bus stop in front of hotel. To go to airport, you need to go to another bus stop which is also a short walk from the hotel and most importantly, mostly flat so no worries about walking with your large luggage on slope. Even though my room was located on low floor and right in front of the lift, it’s not noisy. Bed are comfortable but pillows are too flat/low, needed 2 pillows. Toiletries was not provided due to HK government policy to reduce carbon footprint and the staff does inform during the check in process so make sure to bring your own toothbrush toothpaste vanity kit shavers and shower cap. No bottle water provided but there are water dispenser on 19th floor for guests to fill your own water bottle. Mini fridge and kettle are provided. Generally pleasant stay with lots of good food nearby.

GGuest UserThis is my 4th stay in a room on the 39th floor. Everything was fine before. Unfortunately, this time I had to spend a lot of time and nerves, which was not part of my plans. The pool on the 39th floor next to the room was used by a homeless person to spend the night. In addition, he smoked, shook ashes into the pool, and drank alcohol. All this happened on the only sun lounger. This is only what I saw passing by in the evening and at night. Unfortunately, the staff could not solve the problem the first time I asked and I had to ask for help at least 5 times. In the end, they offered me to act as a surveillance camera and if a homeless person appears, to inform them. Thank you very much. Of course, I understand the mentality of people in Hong Kong, but in China, I can hardly even imagine such a situation. I strongly advise against using this pool and staying on the top floor due to a serious security breach. Anyone from the street can enter your territory, since it is separated only by a low partition. My things were not in the room, but after entering the door. Unfortunately, after leaving, I discovered that a bottle of perfume was missing. The money and documents were in the safe, everything was fine with them. I think this is due to this person entering my territory. I closed the door to the room at night and the balcony. Perhaps this saved my valuables. In the middle of my vacation, I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. It was really gigantic. Thanks to the cleaning service. They were able to catch it and take it away. I hope the hotel management will take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of guests. Therefore, I will not give a bad rating to my favorite chain. I usually don't write reviews about hotels. And in such detail. But this time my wife made me write. She serves in the police and is very attentive to security issues. She said that she was very worried about having a stranger nearby. I think this is an exaggeration. She was probably offended that she was not congratulated on her birthday in this hotel, as she is used to in other hotels with a card or a compliment. She just happened to have a birthday when she checked in 😁😁😁

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Harbour Hella Inn for 2 weeks and overall, it was a unique experience. The hotel offers a modern and compact concept that is both practical and comfortable, making it suitable for both short and extended stays. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeper. She was incredibly friendly and made sure I had fresh towels every day, which added a nice touch to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, I appreciated the thoughtful provision of house shoes—definitely a cozy bonus! The amenities available in the pod were quite convenient. Having a microwave and an electric stove made it easy to prepare simple meals, which is especially helpful for longer stays. The view from the hotel was another highlight; it was truly stunning and contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. However, I did encounter some issues during my stay. The customer service staff, while friendly, were slow to respond on WhatsApp, particularly during an unsettling incident involving a creepy man. It would have been reassuring to receive quicker assistance in that situation, as safety is a top priority for any guest. In summary, the hotel offers a unique and enjoyable experience with excellent housekeeping and nice amenities. Just be prepared for potential delays in customer service responsiveness. I would recommend it for those looking for a budget-friendly option with a great view, but I hope the management addresses the customer service aspect for future guests.
