地理位置優越，總體奢華大氣，服務很到位，處處彰顯細節，不愧為近百年的酒店。房間除了馬桶不是智能的，其他的智能化還是很不錯的。前兩晚住的套房感覺不錯，第三晚換了普通房間隔音有點不太好了，隔壁敲門聲和水聲都能聽到。

設施：是本人喜歡的有歷史感的復古酒店，雖然是香港歷史最久的百年酒店，但是智能設施一應俱全，老錢風十足，男朋友説有點像我最喜歡的“德魯納酒店”。
衞生：衞生好不好要看次日客房打掃的情況，真的是沒得説，不僅打掃，還把雜亂的東西擺整齊了，一眼望去井井有條。
環境：沒得挑，酒店不但有全香港最大的香奶奶的店，足足三層，旁邊就是購物中心，再走幾步就是海港城
服務：很熱情到位，半夜夜宵回來看到有人喝醉了有好幾個服務員照顧
