It's generally clean, and there's not much dust on the floor when you walk barefoot. I haven't seen the landlord, but he sounded very friendly on the phone. But the overall environment is like a small hotel in a rural area in China decades ago, with a strong sense of shabbyness. The elevator is still the type that opens the outer door manually. The door cannot be locked, and there is only an anti-theft chain behind the door. There is an old hair dryer, an old TV, an old air conditioner, a power strip, an old table, and 3 pairs of non-disposable slippers. There are no toiletries. The hot water for bathing takes 5 minutes to get hot. There is no hot water in the washbasin. Because the window faces the main road, it is super noisy until late at night.

Overall it's OK, the place is very convenient

The location is very good, close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, surrounded by a main road, very busy with people, and good for shopping. The room is a little small, but it is still comfortable for a short stay. The lighting is good, the elevator is directly accessible, there are two doors including the main door, which is relatively safe, and the sound insulation is OK. Considering the price, the cost performance is good. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and there are many check-in and check-out prompts. It feels very convenient and has privacy, which is good.
