Hotel location is nice. 8 minutes away from Prince Edward station. Neighborhood is not noisy, close to a supermarket, and lots of restaurants to choose from. Hotel staffs are nice and really accommodating. Hotel room is nice for the price. Overall, our experience was nice and will definitely book again.

It was ok location, the bed is hard so if you are used to soft bed just know that it’s not . In general it was ok, the people at the entrance were very nice !

Friendly and helpful staff. So many different kind of food provided by the restaurants around the hotel. Comparatively speaking the room is bigger than some of the other hotels with the same price. But a bit old. Subway station is not very near.

The room is really good and the vibe is so great, an enjoyable trip.

They claimed to be a non- smoking building, Whole room can smell 2nd hand smoke. Horrible!

Nor bad, a hotel where can be stay for simple night, bit the location is quiet difficult to find

Smoking supposed to be not allowed but can smell the smoke all the time.

It is the first time I stay in the hotel. The room is quite old and small. Also we can hear sounds from other room easily.

Poor service from staff and inability to communicate professionally.

I have zero respect for hotels that put fake pictures of their rooms onto apps like this. Thankfully the guy behind the desk offered to put me in the actual room in the picture on the next day. But if you get the regular room it's just a step up from chunking mansions. also make sure you bring a cleaning wipe because they do not clean the floors stepping on ***** hairs and toenails.

Location is 10 mins from the nearest station, there are convenient stores and mcd nearby, even with no smoking warnings everywhere and staff did advice about the no smoking policy, you could smell smoke thru out the building.

Service is so slow ,order a bottle of water and. Wait for an hour
