The hotel was a bit hard to find. Amazing location. It was clean. The bed and pillow were incredibly hard, though.

Booked 2 rooms for 4days and 3nights. We asked if we could change the other room which only the same price and we are willing to pay additional charges if ever. The owner called her assistant and when she found that we are filipinos she denied our requests. SUCH A RACIST ACT. No hairdryer in our room, other room has it but not working. Out of the 2 rooms we booked, one room got cleaned during our stay and the other one they didnt.

You booked 2 beds without windows, and we upgraded you to a room with windows for free. Do you think this is discrimination? We planned to change your garbage bags, but the other room was locked, so we could only change the garbage bags in one room. Is this discrimination? Why do we discriminate against Filipinos? We hire a Filipino sister to help us take care of our children and live with us. Is this also discrimination?

Separate toilet and shower was great for this price range in Hong Kong The room itself is standard for this type of hostel, but it was great that they served me a room with a big window 2. Self check-in/check-out, so no deposit required, which was hassle-free and nice 3. The conversion plug was fixed with glue, but it was properly attached ◆Not so good points 1. Hair dryers were not loaned out, but had to be used in a specific small shared space (with security cameras)... (I have a psychological resistance to women leaving their rooms in their loungewear to use them at night and in the morning) If they had said that they didn't have one from the beginning, I would have brought one with me... 2. The main reason I chose this hotel was because there was a glass door between the restroom and the shower room, so I could use the toilet without getting the toilet seat flooded. I pressed the hot water button about 10 minutes before using the shower, and the hot water came out well and the water pressure was strong enough. Checking in is a bit tricky, and you exchange messages with the owner in English via Line or Wechat. Therefore, at the time of check-in, you need to have a signal environment with eSIM or mobile Wi-Fi. (There was a QR code for free Wi-Fi along with the QR code for adding friends on Line next to the door, but it didn't work well. Of course, the Wi-Fi in the room worked well after checking in.)
