Dorsett Mongkok Hong Kong

We had a wonderful experience in Dorsett! The room is clean, tidy, comfortable with great views. Shower water pressure was great just that the shower area is a little small. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much except it is abit of a distance to the MTR. Glad that they do offer shuttle bus to tourist places. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Good breakfast (stayed 3 nights and food slightly changes daily), mcD just opposite and 7-11 nearby, room is kinda small but sufficient for solo, not really expensive for HK, there is paid laundry with free ironing and a small gym on 1st floor, no hair dryer in room, it's just 6-7mins walk to olympic mtr nearby my work destination which was the main reason hotel is chosen, overall is good.

For the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money in Hong Kong. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed here during my birthday, and to my surprise, the hotel gifted me a 6-inch birthday cake and a small present — such a thoughtful gesture! They also provide a free shuttle bus to nearby attractions, which is super convenient. Highly recommended!

Everything was very good. The room & bed were comfortable. Room was a little small for the big luggagw but we managed.

We planned our first trip to Hong Kong with a friend and chose this hotel based on its location, but it exceeded our expectations! All our requests during the booking process were taken into account, and the staff was fluent in English and friendly. We were lucky enough to be accommodated on the 21st floor, and the view was breathtaking! The hotel is strategically located, with easy access to the vibrant Mong Kok district and a short stroll to the Avenue of Stars. There are also two metro stations (or three lines) nearby, as well as bus stops within walking distance, including one for the airport. Thank you so much for the cozy accommodation (including the water coolers, which are very helpful in hot weather), and we will definitely stay here again when visiting Hong Kong!

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and returned again recently. While the rooms are quite dated, the service really stood out this time. We happened to be there during Typhoon Wipha and were confined to the hotel for safety. With no prior experience, we weren’t sure what to do, but the staff took great care of us — answering all our questions and ensuring we felt safe. On the morning we were locked in, we had breakfast at the hotel and the staff encouraged us to take extra food back to our rooms to tide over lunch. The concierge and front desk teams were also very helpful and professional throughout our stay. Truly appreciate their thoughtful and attentive service.
