I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and returned again recently. While the rooms are quite dated, the service really stood out this time. We happened to be there during Typhoon Wipha and were confined to the hotel for safety. With no prior experience, we weren’t sure what to do, but the staff took great care of us — answering all our questions and ensuring we felt safe. On the morning we were locked in, we had breakfast at the hotel and the staff encouraged us to take extra food back to our rooms to tide over lunch. The concierge and front desk teams were also very helpful and professional throughout our stay. Truly appreciate their thoughtful and attentive service.

Value for money though it requires a bit of walking to the MTR station. There are many restaurants nearby. Room size is reasonable and clean. Will stay again for business travel.

Great hotel with alot of street stores, eateries, bakeries and supermarkets across the road. Macdonald is just across the road facing opposite the hotel.
Hotel room is clean and well maintained. Water pressure super strong for a good bath. High floor with good view.. Check-In is smooth and fast. Staffs are friendly....room housekeeping is tip-top clean 👍👍👍.
