The location is excellent—right next to a mall, a bus station, and surrounded by several other shopping centers. You can easily walk between them via connecting bridges, so you don’t have to worry about sun or rain! The MTR station is also nearby, and you can reach it by walking through the malls, which leads you directly to the station. There’s even a park close by, adding to the convenience. The staff are very professional and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, with furniture that looked almost new, and the bathroom was spotless. I was extremely happy with my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Hong Kong. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

The room is nice, can accommodate 3 people in one big room. Excellent view of the city and harbor. Accessible to a lot of malls, restaurants, market, and the MTR. Staff are responsive to any concerns. Highly recommended for a four star hotel.

Beautiful view from the 43rd floor. The rooms were nice and clean. Convenient as it is located next to the tsuen wan west train station that took us to Disneyland. Makes it very convenient to not need a taxi at all as you can get to many places quite cheap using hong kong metro.

This is not a true 5 star hotel, but the pool and view is good (they don’t give you bathing ropes). The original room we got was dirty. Floor is with ash, theres a crystal building up from liquids dropping from ceiling, theres bathtub has leakage. Thankfully we requested a new room and the apparent problems are gone, but still I feel like a lot of the rooms are not used often and they can do a better job at maintenance. The front desk at 41F is also noticeably annoyed when I requested for a new room, service is short of 5 star. Breakfast was really mediocre, no omelette station, food was just average.  The view was very good though, thats the only thing that feels 5 star.

The hotel is okay. It’s situated close to the bus terminal and MTR station - that’s why we chose it in the first place. The view turned out to be nice, too. As for the amenities in the room - you don’t find much. For example, there were no bathrobes, but they give you slippers:) There is also a gym and a pool but we didn’t manage to go there.

Love the harbour view. Hong Kong hotels’ rooms are usually quite small but this is spacious. It’s just inside the mall and above the bus stops. Super convenient.

My partner and I came back to stay at the hotel two weeks in a row. The gentleman checking us in (Owais) upgraded us to a corner room with a jaw-dropping view. We ended up booking an additional night because of this wonderful gesture. The bathroom was the best bathroom I’d ever been in. Loved that we had a view while taking a shower! Shout out to the housekeeping as well for noticing that we were drank a lot of water and bringing us extra complimentary cans of water while we were out! We had such a good time in the hotel and will definitely be back.

Went to celebrate my sister's birthday and had quiet the fun. Location is extremely convenient, and the view is not bad. Would love to come back.
