I had an excellent stay at the Royal Park Hotel Hong Kong. The rooms were spacious, clean, well-equipped, and the service was friendly. The hotel's convenient location, close to shopping and transportation, makes it a great place for travelers. The overall atmosphere was cozy and perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Highly recommended!

A good location is my first choice. The Royal Park Hotel is not only well-located for shopping and transportation, but also offers excellent cleanliness and service. For the facility, I seldom use. I appreciate that I have a good view room for my trip.

Great location, staff are friendly and is really close to the station.

This hotel is linked to a few malls and the MTR Shatin station is linked to one of the malls. Instead of taking train from the airport (needed to change at various interchange) there is a direct public bus from the airport to hotel which was superb since we were travelling with children and old folks. Rooms are spacious. Standing shower which is great for older folks and younger children. Self service laundry is available at this hotel. Excellent service from the staff as mentioned by my mum. She did not have sufficient stored value in her octopus card to proceed with her washing of laundry. Since it was already late into the night, the hotel staff was kind enough to use her own octopus card to help get the machines working while my mum paid the staff in cash. Thumbs up for the initiative by the staff. :) Would definitely recommend this hotel to those who are looking for spacious rooms and less packed vicinity.

This is a lovely hotel - spacious rooms and directly connected to a shopping mall. The only drawback is its distance from major attractions, requiring metro rides with transfers to reach most sights. However, the trade-off is worthwhile: you exchange some travel time for significantly more comfort and space. Overall, it's an excellent choice for those who value room quality over central location.

Excellent location. Many dining options nearby, good service. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommended to everyone.

we had a great time at this hotel for our first time in Hong Kong but it was a little far from where all the real excitement and Hong Kong activities, markets and nightlife was happening. We took the one of the best room in the apartment with excellent view however for the type of room and price we paid there was no drinking waters in the room and we had to sleep the room at anytime in the night or early morning into the hall way to fill water in a kettle to drink. We thought that wasn’t something that we should be doing given the room we paid for. There was also a weird smell lurking in the room.

Third time stay service as good as usual, gym room is good and bright. This time we have got upgraded again.

Staff was nice, well mannered. Layout of the room was great. Had to switch rooms since the bathroom door was stuck but management handled it well and let us switch into another.
