The front staff were nice enough to give me a free upgrade to a room with river view. Room is spacious for travellers without big baggages. 🏨 is just next to Sha Tin 🚄 station and big shopping malls . recommend for a short stay when travelling in HK

Recently renovated hotel. My family were surprised that the how clean and comfortable this hotel offered on our last minute booking. Beds are very comfortable. Perfect for young family The location is perfect for us as there were buses that go into Shenzhen around the area for next day travel up to Shenzhen .

Front desk staff not knowing the pool opens at 7am to 10pm n told me 10am to 10pm. The house keeping staff told me no bottle water at room if need water got to boil tap water, but actually each floor had water machine to get water. Staffs not well trained at all.

Excellent service, go beyond to help us, that’s why come back numerous times over many years. Great service.

Good location. Close to New Town Plaza with plenty of restaurants and shops for visiting. New decoration room is comfortable. Will cone again

Fast and efficient service, the room is clean, even the slippers come in two different colors, which is great.

I stayed at this hotel several times during the past years. While the room is tiny, which is typical to a standard hotel, it does not quite match the 5-star rating for Royal Park. The room is not quite clean. The windows are particularly dirty. Guests have to use the water dispenser located at each floor for drinking water. Room decoration is of low standard. The furniture seems to come from IKEA.

Excellent service, very smiley staff. Arranged for my family in separate bookings to be on the same floor, just opposite each other.

Very good location, room is spacious, we checked in late but still get a nice room. Breakfast is ok, not as many choices as other 5 stars hotel, but is good.

Great hotel. Recently renovated. Excellent location in a big mall and airport bus A41 stops nearby the hotel (Sha Tin Central B/T). Room size are good and excellent facilities. Gym and swimming pool.
