all staff are very nice, friendly, polite, very good attitude, the hotel is very clean and must, not far from transportation, many restaurants and food stores, close to shops Ok. highly recommended. do not hesitate to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Kowloon CBD2 👍🏻

Location in industry area but APM close by , a lot of good restaurant within walking distance , in between two MTR station and bus stop only 1/2 block away

4th times staying at here. All were good except this time round a bit quiet disappointed coz of the room the front desk gave. 15th floor was badly covered with smoking smell. We are NOT ok with an infant with us, thus we asked to change our room. Glad that the front desk did change a room for us.

The room has strong moldy smell and is the most humid room I’ve ever been. Uncomfortable staying there as everything is half-wet.

Staff are helpful, convenient place, easy to go to apm mall, lots to eat nearby, hopefully the breakfast will have more choices

Hotel services are very good. Water machine outside by the elevators is a very good feature. I also enjoy the fruit tea and lemon water at tea time by the registration counter.

It was perfect for me. The hotel room is quite spacious compared to Hong Kong standards. While it’s not located near the main tourist spots, the location was ideal for my business trip as it was close to my meeting area. Additionally, the metro station is less than a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. I definitely recommend it!

Im happy with the stay as the hotel is very clean and responsive to our needs! There are also big shopping malls near by and make it easy to find food/buy anything needed.

Loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Traveled with my husband and a toddler. Location is less touristy so it's not overcrowded and more relaxed. We were here to travel to Disneyland (around 32 minutes by train). There's a good mall right beside the hotel called APM, there's also a mall/community center/bus station called Yue Man Square. There's a water dispenser on every floor, canned water is provided daily. Shower is good, the Tresemme hair and body products are a good touch too (didn't try our skin). Bed is too hard for me, but husband and child slept well. Breakfast is good but repetitive. In short, everything you'll need is here. If you're not after shopping destinations, this would be a good hotel to stay in. Would definitely consider when visiting HK.

The location is good for business as this is in the center of corporate offices. Been here more than once and it is a good hotel specially if you are out for meetings on most days.

Very good hotel in comparison to other hotels in hk i stayed at. Nice breakfast, very nice room. The only discomfort is that Kwun Tong area is far from Kowloon. But i had meetings with my suppliers in the nearby places so it was convenient
