First of all, I must note that I did not stay at the "bed9b" as the booking states. I was moved into a different room named "5D3" because the person in charge of the property told me that there was a problem with the 9B and needed repairs. Saying this, the place I was assigned was an absolute nightmare (I eventually checked out just 2:30 after check-in and did not stay overnight, having to find another hotel). It was the worst experience ever. The place is super far, very dirty (especially the toilet), and with zero conditions. There is no place to shower (unless you shower seated on the toilet bowl), and there are ZERO amenities, including NO TOWELS. None of this is warned to the guests who get caught by surprise only after they arrive. When questioned on the issue, the property manager claims not to have towels due to the COVID-19 outbreak (5 years ago). Contrary to what the booking also says, there is no WIFI although the property manager insists there is and claims to be sending me the password access in... never. Saying all this, I do not recommend this place to anyone I know, including my enemies. I lost my HKD800, but I learned a valid life lesson. Do not trust the information on the booking. Additionally, the people in charge were terribly unhelpful and did not bother with anything, not even with the fact that I checked out just 2:30 after checking in and called them twice before that to try to minimize the problem. This is what happens when there are no refunds, and they get the full payment anyway. See more in the photos (including the kitchen utensils in the fridge, and all rusty).

The bedsheets they put is smelly , has lots of hair. Floor has lots of dirt Pls clean the room properly. But the view is perfect ,

The location is ok, but the room is too small and everything looks so old. The view is only thing that is great.

The facilities are fine, especially sea view is awesome, but the water tab is broken, so need to shower head for washing hands.

They ask for more deposit when you reach to check in and get ur keys,it said 200 on the booking website and they asked for 500

Location is perfect. There's a balcony facing the beach, and you can do bbq as well. There's a lot of restaurants nearby + cycling is fun! The only thing we didn't really like is that we couldn't lock the bathroom and we weren't able to use the wifi though username/password was given.

I think that is good and nice and the room service is good and nice.

Disastrous toilet in 7D3 Beach House and it tarnished my stay. Nice people but if they don't maintain their rooms, it's hard to justify a good review. The toilet had a malfunctioning bidet function that would start spraying aggressively upwards when you sat down, then when you pressed flush, it would again fire water high out of the toilet, across the floor and on to your legs, while flushing nothing. My room smelled of sewage for 2 days, or maybe that smell was my trousers, splashed by my own waste product. You can choose to believe me or you can find out for yourself. I began walking to the beach changing rooms to use a bog that didn't kill my vibe. Owners didn't seem concerned, although in this kind of accommodation there isn't really the staffing that could address such things, so you have to understand that and be able to accept it. I would accept it for a lower price but I suggest that at over $550 a night the toilet should flush. If you look back through the reviews, this issue in this room has been mentioned before. Checking in took 1.5 hours. First you need to find the booth - I'm local so was not worried but a visitor would struggle. Then no one was at the booth and no one was answering any of the many phone numbers linked to the place online. Eventually a passing neighbour saw me there somewhat abandoned and called someone who then appeared and was pleasant. The delay meant the places I wanted to eat at were closed by the time I reached them, so you should factor that in. The listing should make clearer that, while they offer a shower, they do not provide towels. I don't require luxury - I often stay in hostels - but don't want to have to go shopping after paying a nightly rate similar to those of nearby hotels that would have supplied towels. Again, it makes this place expensive for what it is, and kind of irritating. A shame because the people there were nice.
