It is totally unsuitable to English speaking people as  staff could not speak a word of English or read a word of English, the booking details were under the wrong hotel name, the hallway was congested with spare linen and rubbish, there was no clear way to register, The room was OK but very small but the bathroom fittings were a very, very poor standard and quality. Overall, I would rate this hotel a two out of 10.

All pictures displayed are fake. That’s even not like a guesthouse. That’s a flat situated at 7/fl in a residential building, rooms are very congested and smallest I ever seen in my lifetime. Truly Waheed

Simple and budget option, decently clean. On the smaller end but mostly meets any needs. The manager/owner is also kind and helpful.

The bed is fit 2 person. Have small table put sth. Toilet can bath but we hvnt use coz too small. But good value for the money.

Overall satisfactory. Good location, 5 minutes left from Causeway Bay MTR Exit A. The room is clean and tidy. The room is quiet, the curtains block light, and I slept well. The bathroom has hot water quickly, but there is no dry and wet separation, which affects hygiene to some extent. The washbasin is small and tucked into the corner. It would be better if it could be equipped with a pair of disposable slippers. The boss is very enthusiastic. The cost-effectiveness of the stay is very good, recommended.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and there are people on duty with good attitude. Check-out can be delayed a little bit. The location is very good in the core area!  The room is very small, but the bathroom is independent.

There were yellow stains on one of the quilts. False information: The bed that was promised to be 1.5 meters wide turned out to be 1.2 meters wide. Two 1.5-meter-tall girls could not fit in it. The old-fashioned air conditioner needs to adjust the cooling level and air outlet speed by itself. One night It was not breathable, and it was hot and cold at times. We woke up in the middle of the night and adjusted the air conditioner four times before adjusting the temperature.
