Our stay here was wonderful! Room was spacious and water pressure in the shower was great. Washer in the room also meant much more convenience! Hotel staffs were warm and made sure everything was well taken care of, we had hotel breakfast with our stay but definitely save tummy space for the local food instead! Overall very happy with our stay 😄😄

Great location with plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient for travelers. The only downside is that it’s right next to a main road, which can make pickup and drop-off a bit of a hassle. The room is clean and comfortable, and for those on back-to-back trips, this place is ideal as it comes with a washing machine and dryer. Overall, a solid choice for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Perfect location at North point central to everything. Rooms newly refurbished and better than nearby hotels for similar or more &$. Recommend.

The air outlet of the air conditioner is not designed properly, facing your head. You can only turn off the air conditioner when you go to bed at night. It has a water filter and is instant heating. It is located in the North Point living area, next to the vegetable market. There is a relatively long staircase at the A1 exit of the subway station, which will be inconvenient if you have boxes.

The location is very convenient, within a 5-minute walk from the North Point MTR station exit. The room is spacious and soundproofed. There is a washer-dryer, which can completely solve the problem of going out to wash clothes. The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast variety is not very rich, but it can basically meet the needs

The location is a bit remote but there are many delicious restaurants around. The room facilities and size are very good in Hong Kong. It is a good choice if you have high requirements for the living environment. The toothbrush is very bad, like a shoe brush. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the residential building opposite are useless, and the curtains cannot be opened, so the privacy is not very good. Gold card holders have the right to delay check-out. I called the front desk and was told that the room was full and I could not delay check-out. I asked if it could be delayed for about half an hour. The front desk told me that the check-out time was 12 o'clock. I checked that Ctrip could still book a room that day and it was not full. I did not bother with the hotel and checked out on time. The breakfast was very bad. It is recommended to eat nearby.

The hotel is in a good location, with the bus stop and North Point MTR station in front of the hotel within walking distance. The room is not small in Hong Kong, and the facilities are complete. The conversion socket wiring board is well received in the room. There are not many options for breakfast. There is a Dechenghao egg roll across the road, so you can get up early and queue up to buy it.

Overall it was good. The room was quite big for Hong Kong. The only drawback was that the bed was movable and wobbled a bit. The room was quite clean.
