衛生程度很差，房間清潔很馬虎不是天天更換床單，地毯也有蚤咬小朋友，垃圾也不是天天清潔好。 第一天進房間牆身，椅子都有污漬感覺很差不像酒店免強說得上是賓館

食物一般， 和平時酒店的早餐自助差不多。 所以還是建議吃當地的點心美食會好點（如果是旅遊為目的的）， 環境很好， 衞生程度也很好， 周邊環境不會很吵， 設施也齊全。 就是沒有提供礦泉水， 需要自己購買哦。 樓下就有便利店購買。 其他的酒店基本的用品都有。 酒店還提供了免費接駁巴士🚌。 很方便

巴士司機態度很差，在葵興地鐵站候車，看到我們在車前方揮手攔車也不停，還有當人坐滿很惡劣的語氣態度將後來上車的人趕下車。

The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. Staff were friendly and the service was good overall. However, cleanliness was below expectations. The room could have been maintained much better. Facilities were just okay, not as polished as I had hoped. With some improvements in housekeeping, this hotel could be a much better choice.
