Don't book this place. You will have lots of trouble to find this place to begin with. The staff won't send you any instructions how to find it. When you arrive you have to send a message to one of the owners. If you are lucky they reply immediately or even say "hello". For me it was just "send a picture of your passport". The room itself is a shame. Yes, you can see on the pictures that is is small, but in these pictures you can't see how dirty and full of cockroaches this place is. We asked how we could solve the problem, but the staff wouldn't reply to our problem with the cleanliness of the room and the cockroaches. Of course they also didn't reply to our request to refund our next two nights. In fact we left after one night and booked another room. So yeah, do yourself a favor and do not book here. We had a really awesome room for the same price at the bishop Lei International guest House across the harbor.

Great location. Clean, just the A/C faces the bed directly. After all, its not a regular hotel. It is Hong Kong style, so just dont expect more than from a building as this is. Not a Chungking mansion tho, so thats a positive for sure.

It was quite difficult to understand were is the hotel. You take the elevator next to the Michelin fried baozi store, then you have to go to the 9th or 8th floor, scan a QR code and send a message to do the check in. The room was very small, and the shower even more. The bathroom include a toilet and a shower, but I prefer to tell you that if you fat you cannot go inside. I’m tall and it was quite hard to sit on the toilet. The room isn’t clean, but the bed sheets have been changed. But I would say that the hotel is very well located ! It was easy for us to travel around HK.

Highly advise to contact hotel first to get check in details. Had to wait at the door for over an hour before someone gave me the check in codes. No manager on site, poor service. Location fantastic though and average Hong Kong size place. Fairly clean.
