Beautiful surroundings and gardens and room was super tidy and clean. Food was also delicious but the milk shake was a bit too heavy and sweet. Overall not so bad experience except for the check in experience- the temporary trainee couldn’t speak either a word of English or Cantonese only Potongua (Mandarin) and couldn’t understand basic words such as “check in”. She also insisted that I spoke only Mandarin to her- so that’s the end of this American style hotel experience being replaced by inferior mainland Chinese service staff :(

I've stayed at Disney's Explorers Lodge twice, and both times had a lovely stay and experience! Beautiful hotel and scenery! Staff friendly and helpful! Christmas time at any Disney resort is just magical!

It was an amazing experience the whole family had fun. The staff was so friendly despite a lot of visitors during this period. Everything is kids friendly. We had a sea view balcony room it was sooooo good. worth the money
