Lacasa Old Town Villa Reviews

A small village house type hotel. The location is quite good and 5-minute walk away from the old market. Breakfast is provided by another hotel nearby. The room is a bit small. The great thing is the balcony. The air conditioner works well that we can have a nice sleep at night.

We had a wonderful stay at LACASA OLD TOWN VILLA! The location is perfect—just a short distance from the ancient old town, making it very convenient for exploring Hoi An. The service was exceptional, especially from “Ting Ting”, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and delicious local food, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Our room was near the garden, so there were quite a few mosquitoes at first. After giving our feedback to Ting Ting, he promptly arranged for mosquito disinfection, which we really appreciated. Overall, the room was clean, and the hospitality was top-notch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Hoi An!

Huge moldy spot on the ceiling. Unacceptable to us as we were traveling with an infant. The staff was very quick to provide us an alternative room at the hotel across the street which we are grateful for. We ended up moving to another hotel for the second night as they only had the alternative room available for one night.

Perfect location as it is just a walking distance to Old Town! You can rent a bicycle or motorbike. Breakfast was ok nothing special but staffs were lovely

It‘s close to old town. (Walk 3-4min) good for every thing.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to ancient city. Our room air con was not cold at all upon check in. The receptionist Ms Anh helped us to change our room to a bigger one across the corridor on the same floor. Ms Anh was always friendly, cheerful & willing to help. She helped us to arrange a transfer to Danang immediately after our pre-arranged driver did not turn up. Thank you so much Ms Anh!

Fantastic location (5 mins walk to old town), clean but the room is a bit small.

The hotel is nicely kept by the owner and staff. The room that I stayed in was very clean and everything was in good condition. The bed was comfortable and WiFi was good for remote work. The owner and staff were nice and friendly. My only concern is that the water coming from the faucet and toilet was very light brown on a consistent basis.

The room is very clean. It is a villa area. The environment is very nice and quiet. They also helped us carry our luggage to the room. The breakfast is also delicious. If I go there again, I will choose it again😃😃
