Beautiful place. Good view from the balcony. Nice hosts. Breakfast has different options — I had a really big plate of rice. As for cleanness, everything was good except for someone’s hair in the bathroom trash bin and light smell of mold in the room

Lovely place to stay, great breakfast and good coffee! Very friendly and accommodating hosts, and the room was beautiful. Really nice quiet location just out of the city, amazing value for money. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

You can stay here if you are traveling by yourself. It is quite close to Hoi An Ancient Town by bike. The boss lady also has motorcycles for rent, but you need to pay attention to safety. The traffic is very chaotic, so make good use of the horn. The room is clean and acceptable, but it is a bit damp and smelly. Just turn on the air conditioner. It is okay if you don't mind. The room price is cheap, and the breakfast is cooked to order.

It's a bit far from the center of Hoi An. Breakfast was provided and the facilities were nice and good.

Cheap and expensive rice cake

If you make a reservation, you will cry. I made a reservation for 2 days, but I stayed only one day and left (I think any Korean would understand this). I want to post pictures and write about it in detail, but the owner said it would be better if I didn't write a review, so I won't write in detail.

Friendly price service

I stayed here for 20 days and it was truly one of the best accommodations I've experienced in Hoi An — and even in all of Vietnam. The host is incredibly kind and generous, and the rest of the family and staff are just as warm and helpful. They made me feel completely at home. The property has a beautiful, spacious garden in front and the rooms are large, comfortable, and come with lovely balconies. The peaceful neighborhood is a bit outside the city center, but that's exactly what makes the atmosphere so quiet and relaxing. They offer a delicious free breakfast with plenty of food and drink options. Bikes and motorbikes are available for rent at good prices, and you can also book buses, trains, and flights directly through them — super convenient! One of the highlights of my stay was the honesty and generosity of the host. I initially booked for a month but had to leave after 20 days — and she kindly refunded me for the remaining 10 days without hesitation. There's also an in-house kitchen that operates all the time, perfect if you feel like staying in and enjoying a meal without heading out. Highly recommended for digital nomads, families, and couples. A truly wonderful place to stay in Hoi An!❤️
