Walking distance to the river front and few must visit spot in hoi an.

I pay online and it was deducted to my account. I showed her my booking details on trip.com. We arrive around 3pm in the hotel then accompanied us to our room. Around 6pm the lady knock our door and told us our booking is not reflected and she told us that they cannot see my name in the booking and that we need to pay 500,000vnd cash for the room. I show her my booking details, receipt etc. but still insisted that my name wasnt on the list. Since I dont want to spoil our vacation and we got only 4 days in vietnam. We deal to pay 500,000vnd upon check out. I paid but no receipt was given. What a bad experience we have during our first day in hoi an. Fortunately, we experienced excellent service in Da nang..

Breakfast you prepare and a free bicycle service given only to the booked guests, I have to say, are excellent. Memorable in a word. I was riding a bike with a big smile almost all day long and it was more than 'just' enjoyable. Imagine someone going from side to side, for example, to remote areas in Hoi An. I do think I should bike-trace more Vietnamese roads through. ☺

Excellent location. The night market is right in front of the building. The lantern-lit ancient town of Hoi An is a 4-minute walk away. Restaurants, bars, and spas are all within walking distance. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Homestays usually don't have elevators. However, this Homestay has an elevator just for suitcases! So it's no problem even if your room is on the 3rd floor. I highly recommend this place to stay. The two photos are from the terrace of the room. I highly recommend staying in a room with a terrace.

Clean accommodation, good location, near the night market

The accommodation is right at the night market, very convenient. But if you come in the evening, you have to walk to the accommodation by yourself because the road is not accessible. I deducted 1 star because the blanket is very thin, like there is only a blanket cover and no blanket on the side. Overall, it's good.

It was a very clean and comfortable stay. The location was great, and it was amazing to be able to see the city of Hoi An from the balcony! There was some noise, but it was pretty quiet and didn't bother me at all. The only drawbacks were that the bed comforter was a thin piece of cloth like a sheet and was unreliable, and the shower room drain was clogged, but the minimum necessary facilities were provided, and it was very clean and sufficient. I would recommend it to women as well. There is no elevator, but there is a cargo elevator, which was convenient. Also, everyone at the facility was very kind and treated us really well! I hope to see them again! I would like to use it again when I come to Hoi An!

Review for foreigners. Calling it a hotel is not correct, rather it is a "homestay". The first minus, and for some, the minus is the location, we were there during the Chinese New Year, the street was rough, just a continuous stream of people. After one evening, we moved somewhere further, where there was silence and for the same price a real hotel with decent service and breakfast included in the price. We rented the cheapest room; without windows, sleeping in it can be problematic, the first is the lack of fresh air flow, the second is the presence of glass doors, where light falls into the room from the corridor or from neighbors. There was noise coming from the corridor. The second thing I didn’t like was that upon entering you take off your shoes and have to walk barefoot, it’s not hygienic, disposable slippers were not provided. Third, the hostess tried to charge us a fee, although everything was paid online, she consoled us for a long time that Ladoga would not have to pay, we had to contact the support service, after that everything was ok. At the entrance they have a kitchen and a garage for bikes. Plus, the motorcycle won't be stolen. There are also advantages, this bed linen was clean and white.. Washing is charged based on weight.

We lived in this hotel for three days. Very good location! There is a night market under the balcony, but the sounds and smells do not penetrate the room. The silence is perfect! All attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is very clean! The room is cozy, beautiful, comfortable. Furniture, bed, bathroom - everything is in perfect condition. Upon check-in, you are provided with 2 bottles of water and a full supply of toiletries. The only negative is no internet.
