環境很好的一家酒店，不管是酒店公共區域環境、房間環境還是周圍環境，女兒非常喜歡。可惜我們到達酒店時比較晚了，沒有時間泡温泉。床舒適，設施很好。在房間陽台就能看到老天鵝堡，在酒店大堂門前就能看到新天鵝堡。而酒店內的擺設，包括大堂、餐廳都很藝術，隨便拍拍都是一幅美片。而步行到接駁車、或者接駁馬車（去天鵝堡要上山）衹需要幾分鐘，很方便。後面再去天鵝堡的話還要繼續住這家酒店。

Hervorragendes Hotel der Ameron Gruppe, direkt an den Königsschlößern gelegen. Charmante und sehr freundliche Rezeption mit durchdachten Konzepten, zB Parktickets. Schönes Schwimmbad, gute Hotelbar und Variation an Restaurants (wobei das Bräustüberl nicht mit dem Rest des Hotels mithalten kann). Sehr zu empfehlen!

The hotel is strategically located at the foot of the old and new Swan Castles, between the two castles, and on the shore of the Alps. The hotel facilities are also high-end and complete, with a constant temperature swimming pool, sauna, foot bath, gym, etc. There are several restaurants, all of which are warmly and romantically decorated.
Bad points: The weather was relatively cold during the days we stayed, especially on the first day. I don’t know if the heating in the room was broken or not heated. The whole room was cold all the time. I repaired it for most of the second day, but it didn’t work. It wasted most of our time. The key is that there is no electric heater in the hotel. Fortunately, the weather was warmer in the next few days. Maybe Orientals are more afraid of cold than Westerners? Who knows? However, everyone’s perceived temperature in the same climate must be different. So I still hope that the hotel will have a flexible response plan.
