The hotel is strategically located at the foot of the old and new Swan Castles, between the two castles, and on the shore of the Alps. The hotel facilities are also high-end and complete, with a constant temperature swimming pool, sauna, foot bath, gym, etc. There are several restaurants, all of which are warmly and romantically decorated.
Bad points: The weather was relatively cold during the days we stayed, especially on the first day. I don’t know if the heating in the room was broken or not heated. The whole room was cold all the time. I repaired it for most of the second day, but it didn’t work. It wasted most of our time. The key is that there is no electric heater in the hotel. Fortunately, the weather was warmer in the next few days. Maybe Orientals are more afraid of cold than Westerners? Who knows? However, everyone’s perceived temperature in the same climate must be different. So I still hope that the hotel will have a flexible response plan.

We didn't know that this hotel is a Michelin star hotel until we got checked in. So we had tried all their amenities and services such as their gym and their restaurant and bar.
Their restaurant has excelkebt food but food choices is limited. Their bar is beautifully design but lack of hotel guests because many of us have to wake up early to see the castles and hiking.
Overall it was a very nice hotel, just find the soze of our typical room is too small and price of the room is pricey.

The resort is at the foot of the castle🏰, with great views. I booked a view room and could see the Alpine Lake. It was a low season trip, so there were not many people and it was very quiet. The sauna was very considerate, and there was a sauna specifically for women, which I recommend. The swimming pool had surfing equipment, which was quite interesting.
The only downside was that there was nothing to eat after 8:30 in the evening.
