Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort and Players Inn Hotel -Formerly Comfort Inn and Suites Hogansburg NY

I stayed at the Players Club 11/15-11/16 with my husband and 1 yr old child. We booked the $250 King Bed Whirlpool Suite #104. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Had we not just traveled 11 hours by plane and car, we would have left. Unfortunately, my baby and husband were asleep when I discovered the filth we were surrounded by. There are bugs in all four corners of this room, on the ceiling and under the furniture. There were dirty shoe prints around the whirlpool tub… Dirty handprints on the walls… I found long hairs around the whirlpool tub and in the actual bathroom around the toilet and in the shower. The mini fridge and microwave hadn’t been wiped in who knows how long. I immediately took photos and brought these issues to the front desk. There was no one on duty who could issue my refund at 11:30 pm Saturday night. Again, at 7 am Sunday morning, no one available to issue my refund. So Sunday morning at 8 am, I emailed Charlotte LaFrance, Directer of Hotel Operations and sent her 12 photos of the bugs/filth, pleading for help with this issue. Then on Monday 11/17 I called Charlotte LaFrance’s direct extension and got her voicemail. She has yet to respond via email or phone. After several attempts to speak with anyone from management, I’m left with no option but to dispute the charge. If you like camping outside with the dirt and bugs, this is the place for you.

Arrived at 2:30 and couldnt ck in until 3:30. My room had blk mold on shower walls. Very unhealthy. When I reported it to front desk,they couldnt have cared less.

The bed was terrible. Could feel the springs in the mattress. The hair dryer fell off the wall when I went to use it. The noise was awful. Could hear ppl walking and talking in the hallway and rooms near us. I definitely would not stay there again. Had a poor nights sleep. I’d truly like a refund.
