衞生一般 床頭櫃上面一層灰 花灑不好用 水柱分散且無力 跟酒店反映 他們拍了一個維修工過來 把花灑拆了去清洗 然後重新裝上 但是沒啥效果 我要求換房 他們説換房屬於升級 需要加差價

Wonderful stay at W Hoboken. Renovations are stunning— the rooms are sleek and as comfortable as ever. The newly transformed Living Room bar is absolutely incredible with exciting food and drink options. Javier, Andrea and Daphne at the Welcome desk went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect.

Great location for getting into Manhattan and exploring Hoboken Room was good size. Bathroom clean but dated. Did not use any of the other facilities in the hotel

Experienced the same as other reviewers. My chair was gross to the point I refused to sit on it. Stains on furniture, chaise, handle on drapes broke when I went to close them, and decor that looks mid 80's although it apparently opened in 2009. Basically an upscale motel room at this point, with the added joy of high prices. I hope the reno can rescue it because the location is great, but I couldn't wait to leave. Thankfully the sheets and bed were clean. I get the reno, but seriously guys do better.
