5 Star unit with 1 star staff! Room was quiet and comfortable. There were a few glitches, tho! There was only one set of towels in the room. Desk clerk kindly explained that there is usually only one person in a king room (with a reservation stating 2 adults), so they only put out 1 set of towels. There were no coffee cups or water glasses, either. We received coffee cups from breakfast, which are 50% larger than the brewer will hold, and were told there are no plastic cups. The tissue box had only 3 tissues in it. Didn't even ask about that, but a short box of tissues has become routine lately. And finally, the TV couldn't be tuned to any "normal" channels. The clerk's theory was that they couldn't get service from Dish (or Direct) so were changing to ROKU. He did offer to move us to a room that still had Dish - coincidentally the room first written on the little envelope our keys,were in. We declined that offer, as we were already settled. Breakfast was nearly empty when we arrived half an hour or so before closing. This should be a nice place - hopefully others have had different experiences.

The rooms are clean and spacious. my concern was the house keeping that woke me twice. The first house keeper knocked the door once and before i get to the door she had already opened my door. Then 10 minutes before my check out time the so call supervisor knocked the door. He asked me are you checking out. You only have 10 minutes to check out. Wen i booked the hotel there was checking time and checkout time so next time do not remind me. Thanks.

Due to kid baseball team stay we could not access pool and some of those kids were running in hallway. I and the dominoes employee ask they stop and no result. Other than that it was great and will book again

Always a safe and affordable bet. Have been here 4-5 times now. Key cards rarely work the first few tries, wiggle the reader and it helps sometimes. Medium firm beds, spacious rooms, quiet, and plenty of options for breakfast.

Would not recommend this hotel I would not stay again this hotel did not have towels. The key never worked. The bedroom was not that clean. The floors were dirty and things look like they were falling apart. They only had one towel in the room for multiple people and when I asked, they wanted to give a wash rag to dry with they said they had no towels due to stained and none. Even though we paid. It didn’t matter.

Room was perfect. Super Clean. Beds are suoer comfortable. Staff very professional. Location very good. Perfect deal for a work trip . Highly recommended
