The room had a horrible odor. We contacted the front desk and they apologized but that was all. Said they would try to find another room for us but never did. Carpet was filthy. Had to use shoes to walk to the bathroom.
Staff was ok. Food was ok.

The hotel is great, nicer than others in the vicinity. There is no pool, when Google results show up for Hampton Inn Hobbs there is a pool shown. Great location too.

The breakfast was free cause they had nothing to eat. No milk or juice. Horrible breakfast. Don’t expect breakfast to be good

The stay would be decent if it weren’t for one certain front desk lady, she wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I can’t say which one. She’s easy to point out though, if you’ve ever been here then I’m confident you know who I’m referring to. We have stayed here several times this month & she has been a problem almost every time we check in. Everybody else I have dealt with here has been extremely pleasant & helpful! Their pet rate is a bit outrageous, but other than those two complaints it’s a decent enough hotel.

This was our overnight on our way to Arkansas. Clean - but the price for a pet was highest that we’ve seen at $75. Too expensive for a hotel that says they are pet friendly.

It was quiet, convenient to what I was there for, and the complimentary breakfast was terrific both mornings. The check in and check out staff were friendly and very efficient.
The sun rises at the back of the motel and I took my coffee back there to watch the sunrise. But, there was no bench or anything to sit on to watch it so I just had to stand the whole time.
