ac broken since day 1. Hotel provides stand fan for 2nd day But taken out for 3rd day 😝 request change room more than 5 times and finally Staff Win is able to help. Other staff help to take the luggage is helpful too.

READ THE REVIEWS CAREFULLY. The hotel is on a convenient street close to food and a lot of activities and the room was ok… good enough to sleep… for backpackers and if you plan to be out most of the day. My problem was that I noticed a note on the door saying that belongings should be stored in the safe and anything that goes missing is not the hotel responsibility, this prompted me to put the DND sign on my door and not accept cleaning. me and my friend got separate room she permitted cleaning and found that after the second day of cleaning some of her belongings were missing. The staff was told and they had no reaction they said nothing and they did not try to fix the issue or find the missing things, no apology nothing. This left a sour taste in my mouth. READ THE REVIEWS DO NOT BOOK AND DO NOT READ THE REVIEWS. If I read the reviews more carefully I would not have booked. Then they made it no refundable.

Disappointing Stay Despite Good Location I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Vietnam and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The hotel itself is quite old-fashioned, and while it had a window, it only looked out to the back of the building. The WiFi kept dropping frequently, which made it hard to stay connected. One of the most inconvenient things was having to climb two flights of stairs just to reach the elevator that serves floors 2 to 8. My room was on the 8th floor, so this got tiring quickly, especially after long days out. The staff were polite, but my biggest issue was that three of my personal items were stolen from my room. I had left them on the table to use when I got back—nothing valuable, just everyday things like my water bottle, hair product, and body wash—and they were gone when I returned. I reported this during check-out, and the front desk staff just said "ok" with no apology or concern, which was disappointing. Yes, there is a sign suggesting guests put valuables in the safe, but these were not valuables—they were personal effects. Am I supposed to lock up my toiletries too? The one positive I’ll mention is that the location is very convenient—close to many restaurants and shops. But sadly, the lack of security and the dismissive response to my complaint really overshadowed that.

The breakfast was quite good, and the staff was very generous. Only little flaw, the romms have no windows, and if so, they are very small. Convenient place overall!

There is a park opposite the hotel. It was nice to take a walk there early morning. The Ben thenh train station is about 800 m away and connect to Ben thenh market. The local breakfast is filling and I enjoy very much.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Elevator starts from 1st floor. Location is very good however it was a bit noisy from neighboring room.

It’s so good and nice helpful welcome for the time when you arrive but when you leave, it’s not like when you arrive… Everything okay so everyone can stay there ✨

Pricewise, it was reasonable and aligned with what you would expect for a mid-range hotel in this area.

Great location for nightlife and shopping, and I highlight the dedication of the staff, doing their best to make the guests feel welcomed. However, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel, which seems to be in need of significant renovation. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be lacking in quality and variety, and I believe it would be better if it were not offered at all.

My stay at Saigonciti Hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even carried my luggage up upon my arrival and down when I checked out. The room was adequate and the location was good. The bottom part of the shower curtain was a bit gross, though.. those should be cleaned or replaced.

The hotel is clean and the location is good. However, the soundproofing system of the room is not that good, we can hear the people talking and a lot of noises from the street

Well just one two is okay for small rooms, if book window room then much better. No window room is horrible honestly. The internet speed is sucks. Better to improve.
