Perfect location. Clean room with basic amenities. Walking distance to Ben Thanh and its surrounding. The street behind has Halal food restaurant options. So east for muslim travellers to get Halal food. Only downside is the service is not fast enough. We had a room for 4 pax but the amenities provided are only for 2 pax. We called reception to provide us 2 more towels and it took them so long. We called a second time to remind but still has not received. We then had to go to the lobby to remind again.

My family and I stayed here and were impressed. The staff were very helpful. My father forgot his phone at the counter and the staff kept it for him. Thank you very much.🫶🏼🇻🇳

Being within easy walking distance of many tourist attractions, and just a stone's throw from the bustling Ben Thanh Market, plus a plethora of restaurants and cafes right nearby, is a huge plus. The room itself was adequate and provided what we needed, feeling like it was worth the price we paid. However, one notable drawback to be aware of is that there is no hot shower available. This might be a consideration for some travelers, especially after a long day of exploring. Overall, if a central location and budget-friendly accommodation are your priorities, and you're not particularly concerned about having a hot shower, Noble Swan Hotel could be a suitable option.

Great value for money! Saigonciti Hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms in a very convenient location near Ben Thanh Market. The staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is great. Perfect for travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a good 3 star hotel located in great location close to Ben Than markets (about 100 metres away), cafes, restaurants and within walking distance of many areas of interest including museum of Ho Chi Minh, War Remnants Museum, Opera House, Little Tokyo, Notre Dame Cathedral, Reunification Palace, and wharf for river tours. It is only a small hotel with minimal facilities but is clean, quiet, very centrally located and great value for money

The hotel is quite close to market and good restaurants. Very helpful and polite staff.

The best thing about this hotel is the location — it’s very close to Bến Thành Market, with lots of cafés and shops just downstairs. The bed and comforter were comfortable, which made sleeping pleasant. However, the hotel itself is not well maintained. The room felt old, the flooring was peeling, the refrigerator was off and had a bad smell, and there was even a leak on the bathroom ceiling. Luggage storage is also not secure — bags are just left on the side of the lobby without much supervision from reception. Overall, decent for the location and comfort, but the facilities and upkeep definitely need improvement.

Service staff is good, the room I stay is upgrade due to the air-con is not working but with the different location. The equipments is a bit old and the hot water is automatically can’t change to the normal temperature
